Who We Serve
Cleaning for Retail, Showrooms & Dealerships
Retail and showroom environments are judged instantly on floors, glass, fitting rooms and customer washrooms. RexCleaning supports shops, motor dealerships, trade counters and display-led units across Northern Ireland with programmes built around opening hours, delivery windows and the peaks and troughs of your trading calendar rather than a fixed office-style rota.

Retail environments
Cleaning priorities for retail, showrooms and dealerships
Customer-facing environments need cleaning that fits your trading hours and presentation standards — not a generic rota designed for an office block.
Sales floor and display presentation
Sales floors, display units and product areas kept clean and presentable throughout trading hours, with visit timing agreed around opening and delivery windows.
Customer washrooms
Customer-facing toilets cleaned and restocked to a consistent standard, with frequencies matched to footfall rather than a fixed office-style rota.
Entrance and glazing
Entrance matting, lobby glass, door surrounds and any external glazing that forms part of the customer-facing first impression.
Showroom and dealership floors
Polished floors, vehicle display areas and customer lounges ready before the first appointment, with early-morning attendance where needed.
Fitting rooms and trial areas
Fitting rooms, product trial areas and any customer-facing ancillary spaces kept presentable throughout the trading day.
Staff areas and back-of-house
Staff kitchens, stockrooms, cash office surrounds and welfare facilities covered within the same programme so your team's environment reflects the front-of-house standard.
What we cover
Areas typically included in scope
The task list is agreed with you before work starts. These are the areas most commonly included in a retail or showroom cleaning programme.
Sales floor and display areas
Retail floor, product displays, shelving surrounds and circulation between sections or departments.
Customer washrooms and accessible facilities
All customer-facing washrooms including accessible facilities, cleaned at agreed frequencies through trading hours.
Entrance, lobby and glazing
Entrance matting, lobby floor, reception desk, entrance glass and any external threshold areas.
Fitting rooms and trial areas
Fitting room floors, cubicle hooks and mirrors; product trial zones and demonstration areas.
Staff kitchens and welfare areas
Staff kitchen worktops, appliances, sinks and break room areas within the same contract.
Stockrooms and back-of-house
Stockroom floors, cash office surrounds and secondary staff circulation areas where included in the agreed scope.
How we build the cleaning scope
Every contract starts with a structured site survey. We do not produce a scope without walking the premises with your store or site manager.
- 01
Walkthrough
We visit to map customer-facing areas, back-of-house and shared spaces, and to understand trading hours, delivery windows and footfall patterns.
- 02
Schedule alignment
Trading calendar, seasonal peaks and any promotional events reviewed so cleaning windows avoid disruption to customers and staff.
- 03
Task planning
A written task list is produced for each area so scope is not left to interpretation when staff change or peaks increase.
- 04
Agreed in writing
Scope, schedule, keyholding arrangements and documentation requirements confirmed before work starts.
- 05
Ongoing quality checks
Regular checks and a named contact so store managers can raise issues quickly without chasing a general inbox.
Aligned to your trading calendar
Showroom and dealership clients often need early-morning or overnight attendance so vehicles, polished floors and customer lounges are ready before the first appointment. We coordinate with centre management on retail parks, agree keyholding and alarm procedures for standalone sites, and discuss how weather tracked in from forecourts affects daily tasks such as matting, mopping and glass lines.
Where you run promotional events or seasonal campaigns, we can adjust frequencies or add targeted visits when you give reasonable notice. RAMS can be provided where required for your landlord or brand standards, and COSHH information is available for products used on your premises. RexCleaning is fully insured.
