Premises we clean commercially
Commercial cleaning is appropriate for any business premises. We agree the scope and frequency based on how your building is actually used. Leisure and community buildings (gyms, sports facilities, community halls and places of worship) are covered on the same basis, with cleaning timed around event bookings and member-use patterns.

Scope agreed before work starts
Every commercial cleaning contract starts with a site walkthrough. We do not quote without seeing the building. That means the specification we agree reflects the actual footprint, not a standard template that may not match how you use each zone. Recurring programmes with agreed cover and quality checks are set out on our contract cleaning service page.
If you add floors or buildings, or change your opening hours, we review the contract with you. We then agree any changes to the cleaning time, task list and price.
