We agree what is in scope before work starts. A typical office cleaning programme covers the following areas on each visit.

The scope is built around your premises and working patterns. Tasks are confirmed in writing before work starts so both sides know exactly what each visit covers.

Consistency matters as much as the first visit
You can expect the same team where practical, clear lines for reporting issues, and RAMS or other documentation when your site requires it. If you have confidential areas or times when cleaning must not take place, we note that in the service plan so visits stay predictable and unobtrusive.
If you need COSHH information for products used on your premises, we can provide that in line with your internal procedures.
