Commercial Cleaning Services
Contract Cleaning Services
RexCleaning provides recurring commercial contract cleaning across Northern Ireland. We visit the premises before agreeing the task list, visit frequency and working times. RexCleaning allocates cleaners where practical, arranges holiday and sickness cover, and carries out periodic site inspections. You have one company contact for the service.
Contract cleaning
A contract cleaning plan for your premises
We visit first, then write the task list and schedule around how your building operates.
- Written scope after a site walkthrough
- Visit times, access and cover agreed before day one
- Quality checks and a named point of contact
- Scope changes agreed, not absorbed unofficially
- Fully insured
- COSHH information where required
- RAMS provided where required
- AccessNI where relevant
- Regular quality checks
- Managed supplies where required
What a cleaning contract covers
A managed contract means RexCleaning runs the cleaning programme. These are the operating practices we confirm before work begins.
Allocated cleaners where practical
The same cleaners attend where the site allows, so they know the building and your staff see familiar faces. You deal with RexCleaning, not with individual cleaners.
Holiday and sickness cover
Cover is organised by RexCleaning so planned visits still run. Your facilities lead does not chase absences or rearrange bookings.
Scope written down
Tasks, exclusions, visit frequencies and working times confirmed in writing before work starts. Nothing is assumed to be included until it is agreed.
Periodic site inspections
Quality checks and site inspections continue throughout the contract, allowing problems to be found before a complaint is needed.
Escalation through RexCleaning
Service issues go through a named contact at RexCleaning. Cleaners are not left to absorb extra work or negotiate changes on the floor.
Agreed changes to scope
If the building, occupancy or operating hours change, the specification is revisited with you. Scope changes are agreed, not quietly absorbed.
What your contract cleaning proposal will set out
The proposal is written after the walkthrough and states which of the items below apply to your premises. Belfast organisations looking for a local contract can see how we structure contract cleaning in Belfast.
- Cleaning tasks and exclusions, so it is clear what each visit covers and what sits outside the regular programme
- Visit frequencies, working times and access arrangements, matched to how the building is used
- Periodic cleaning tasks such as deeper washroom work, high-level dusting, floor treatment or internal glass, quoted separately where they sit outside the regular visit
- Cleaning chemicals, which can be supplied and managed as part of the service, and consumables, which can be managed separately where required
- Quality checks, reporting and escalation through RexCleaning, plus how agreed changes to scope will be handled
What managed contract cleaning means in practice
Allocated cleaners attend where practical. When someone is on holiday or off sick, RexCleaning organises cover for the visit. We carry out periodic site inspections and quality checks. A named contact handles service issues.
If the building or occupancy changes, we agree a revised task list with you. Cleaners are not expected to absorb extra rooms or tasks unofficially. We can also help when staff are managing cleaning in-house and the business wants to move to a contract.
From site walkthrough to ongoing quality checks
Every contract starts with a site visit. We do not provide a price without walking the building with you first.
- 01
Site walkthrough
We visit the premises to understand access, operating requirements and the work needed in each zone before preparing a quote.
- 02
Written proposal
The proposal sets out the cleaning scope we recommend for your site: tasks, exclusions, frequencies, working times and access, so both sides can review it before work starts.
- 03
Cleaners allocated and inducted
Cleaners are allocated where practical. Keys, alarm codes, security procedures and site-specific rules are confirmed before the first scheduled visit.
- 04
Contract cleaning begins
Cleaning runs to the agreed schedule. Holiday and sickness cover is organised by RexCleaning so booked visits are not left unfilled.
- 05
Ongoing quality checks
Periodic site inspections and quality checks continue through the contract. Issues escalate through RexCleaning, and any change to scope is agreed with you first.
Contract cleaning for commercial and operational premises
A significant part of our current contract work is with engineering and manufacturing clients. This includes precision engineering premises, electrical engineering facilities, production environments and the offices attached to those sites. Tasks and frequencies reflect how each building is used.
Engineering and manufacturing facilities
Recurring contract cleaning for production environments, precision engineering premises and electrical engineering facilities, including commercial offices attached to those sites.
Offices requiring regular cover
Daily or weekly programmes for open-plan, multi-floor or serviced office buildings, and commercial offices linked to operational sites.
Schools and education sites
Term-time and holiday scheduling, with exam provisions and lettings factored into the rota from the start.
Healthcare and medical premises
Session-aligned visits for surgeries, dental practices and medical centres where patient hours shape when cleaning can run.
Industrial and warehouse operations
Shift-coordinated programmes for sites where cleaning must work around operations, PPE requirements and site inductions.
General commercial premises
Retail, showroom and mixed-use commercial buildings that need regular cleaning visits with an agreed task list.
