Contract Cleaning Services
Contract cleaning means an agreed programme of visits, a defined scope of work and a fixed understanding of standards. RexCleaning supplies contract cleaning to organisations across Northern Ireland that want dependable cover without managing day-to-day staffing themselves.
Contract cleaning
Before a contract begins
A cleaning contract should start with agreed tasks, frequencies and documentation — not a vague arrangement that becomes difficult to manage once work is under way.
- Written task list confirmed before day one
- Agreed visit frequencies and holiday cover arrangements
- Named point of contact throughout the contract
- Standards reviewed on a regular basis
- Fully insured
- COSHH information where required
- RAMS provided where required
- AccessNI where relevant
- Regular quality checks
- Managed supplies where required
What a cleaning contract covers
A contract sets out exactly what happens on each visit. These are the elements we confirm in writing before work begins.
Agreed visit schedule
Frequency agreed upfront — daily, several times per week or weekly — with visits documented so both sides know exactly what to expect.
Scope written down
Rooms, tasks, exclusions and periodic extras confirmed in writing before work starts. No ambiguity about what each visit covers.
Consistent cleaning team
The same team where practical so supervisors know your building and your staff see familiar faces each visit.
Holiday and sickness cover
Absences handled internally so planned visits still run. Your facilities lead does not need to chase cover or rearrange bookings.
Quality checks built in
Service levels monitored on an ongoing basis with agreed escalation routes if something falls short between reviews.
One clear point of contact
Named escalation so queries, one-off requests and changes go through a single channel without bouncing between departments.
How contract cleaning is structured
Pricing reflects the time and resource required to meet the agreed specification. We typically agree visit frequency, the areas included on each visit, and any monthly or quarterly tasks such as deeper washroom cleaning or internal glass.
- Contracted visits: daily, two to three times per week, or weekly depending on premises type and foot traffic
- Periodic tasks: quarterly deep cleans, high-level dusting, floor treatment and internal glass quoted separately where required
- Documentation: written scope, RAMS where your building requires them, COSHH information available for all products used on site
- Contract reviews: if needs change after go-live we adjust in a controlled way so quality and pricing stay aligned
A stable team makes a difference
Your staff see familiar faces, and our supervisors can monitor consistency against the agreed standard because they know the building. Communication is kept simple so you can raise queries or one-off requests without delay.
Choosing a contract partner is easier when you have seen how a provider works in your premises. A site walkthrough helps both sides agree realistic frequencies and standards from the outset, rather than discovering gaps after the contract starts.
How RexCleaning works
Every contract starts with a site visit. We do not provide a price without walking the building with you first.
- 01
Site walkthrough
We visit to understand your building, shift patterns, access and what each zone needs — before quoting anything.
- 02
Contract scope agreed
Visit frequency, task lists, excluded areas, and documentation requirements are all confirmed in writing before day one.
- 03
Team inducted
Keys, alarm codes, security procedures and site-specific rules are confirmed with the team before the first scheduled visit.
- 04
Contract cleaning begins
Cleaning runs to the agreed schedule. Cover for absence is arranged internally so booked visits are not left unfilled.
- 05
Ongoing review
Standards are monitored and the specification revisited with you whenever your building or occupancy changes.
Contract cleaning across different sectors
Contract cleaning is appropriate for any business that needs a regular, documented programme. Scope and frequency are tailored to how each building is used.
Offices requiring regular cover
Daily or weekly programmes for open-plan, multi-floor or serviced office buildings where consistency is essential.
Schools and education sites
Term-time and holiday scheduling, with exam provisions and lettings factored into the rota from the start.
Healthcare and medical premises
Session-aligned visits for surgeries, dental practices and medical centres where patient hours shape when cleaning can run.
Industrial and warehouse operations
Shift-coordinated programmes for sites where cleaning must work around operations, PPE requirements and site inductions.
