Car Showroom Cleaning Services
Presentation matters in a motor dealership. Customers notice the showroom floor, glass and waiting area as soon as they arrive. RexCleaning plans visits around trading hours and the areas your customers see most.

What car showroom cleaning covers
Presentation cleaning for dealerships goes beyond floors. A full programme covers every customer-facing and supporting zone.
Showroom floors
Polished hard finishes (including concrete, resin and branded floors) plus carpeted zones and transition strips, using products that keep the surface bright without damage or unnecessary slip risk.
Glass walls and frontage
Keeping internal glass panels, entrance doors and glass lines free from fingerprints, rain marks and residue helps maintain the dealership's presentation and brand standards.
Customer waiting and seating areas
Reception desks, seating, coffee points, children's corners and demonstration tables wiped down and presentable before the site opens each day.
Finance and handover offices
Finance rooms, handover bays and customer-facing offices cleaned to the same standard as the showroom floor.
Customer washrooms
Toilets, basins and washroom facilities sanitised and restocked consistently, in line with visitor footfall and your trading hours.
Staff welfare and back of house
Staff kitchens, rest areas and workshops included where agreed, so one contract covers the full site.
Timed around your trading hours
Visits are scheduled around your opening hours to avoid disrupting sales. That means pre-open cleans, post-close visits, or a pattern that works with Saturday handover days, pre-delivery vehicle arrivals and any evening events the dealership runs.
- Floor care: polished hard finishes, carpeted areas and transition strips treated with appropriate products and equipment
- Vehicle proximity: agreed rules on what is cleaned near display stock and what is left for the sales team, so vehicles and displays are not at risk
- Event and launch cover: adjusted frequencies or pre-event visits available for launches and weekend peaks subject to notice
- Forecourt scope: litter picking, pressure washing schedules and bay tidiness agreed explicitly against your estate layout
Presentation is part of the sale
Tyre marks, footfall and weather tracked in from forecourts create a constant maintenance challenge. A regular, scheduled programme keeps the showroom floor and entrance areas ready without relying on your sales team to flag when standards slip.
Forecourt cleaning scope (external approaches, litter picking and any pressure-wash schedule) should be agreed explicitly so expectations match your site layout and environmental rules on runoff. Pressure washing is quoted separately where required. We do not include tasks outside the agreed scope without your approval.
How RexCleaning works
Every dealership cleaning contract starts with a site walkthrough. We review the showroom, back of house and forecourt scope together before quoting.
- 01
Site walkthrough
We visit to review the showroom layout, floor finishes, trading hours, forecourt scope and any manufacturer, group or landlord requirements.
- 02
Scope agreed
Zones, tasks, access windows and any event or peak provisions confirmed in writing before work begins.
- 03
Team briefed
Alarm codes, keyholding arrangements, vehicle proximity rules and any group or brand guidelines confirmed before the first visit.
- 04
Regular cleaning
Cleaning runs around your trading hours (before opening, after close, or a blended pattern) without disrupting sales activity.
- 05
Standards reviewed
Service levels monitored and the specification adjusted for events, launches, seasonal peaks or layout changes.
Dealership types we work with
We agree the car showroom task list and visit times after reviewing your dealership, brand standards and trading pattern.
Franchised main dealerships
High-presentation environments where the manufacturer brand standard applies to the physical space as much as the product.
Multi-franchise and multi-brand sites
Larger sites combining several brands or vehicle types under one roof, each with its own display zone and foot traffic pattern.
Used car operations
Smaller showrooms and forecourt-led operations where presentation at the point of sale still drives customer confidence.
Parts, accessories and aftersales areas
Retail areas, trade counters and customer-facing parts departments that sit alongside the main showroom floor.
